Most olives are pounded open, but ours are carefully slit by hand, one olive at a time, to preserve texture, nutrients, and natural flavor. Grown on ba’el trees (naturally rain-fed without straining the land) these olives are brined in Teta Rasmiyeh’s 40+ year-old family recipe. Flavors vary batch to batch: some more lemony, some with a chili kick, but always bold, complex, and authentically Palestinian.

Storage: Keep a generous layer of olive oil at the top to prevent oxidation; no refrigeration required if oil covers olives.
