Our story
We didn’t invent this pantry. We inherited it.
The olive oil, the handful of za’atar, the sumac on the table. These are not new ideas. They are part of the way our family has cooked, gathered and eaten for generations.
We started Jenin so this pantry, and a little piece of Jenin, could sit on tables far from home.

Every olive is picked by hand, not by machine. It takes longer, but it’s the only way we’ve ever known to do it right.
