About Us
We are a husband-and-wife duo and we bring hand-harvested, single origin, premium products from our lands in Jenin. We started Jenin in 2020 and our business has grown from a side hobby to a business, thanks to your support.
We’re both Palestinian, through and through, and our mission is to bring premium Palestinian products to the hands of those who understand their value.
We dream big but remain anchored and humble because we see ourselves as messengers of something bigger than us: preservation and celebration of Palestinian heritage, cuisine, and agricultural practices.
At the heart of our products is our cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil. The city of Jenin is well-known for its olives, offering a uniquely bold and deep flavor rare to find in any other oils around Palestine and globally. Every olive is hand-picked and pressed within 24 hours to produce our signature flavors: earthy, bold, bitter, with a spicy kick.
Our olive trees are only irrigated when they are young. Once they are self-reliant, the only source of water is the rain. This contributes to and concentrates the flavor immensely.
