WILD SAGE

Foraged by hand from Jenin’s hills and dried in the sun, this sage is intensely aromatic, earthy, and herbaceous. Rich in antioxidants, it can be used in cooking, steeped as tea, or burned after meals to cleanse the air and add aroma.
