Ingredients: Wild zaatar (a variety of thyme), Jenin EVOO, fresh Jenin sumac, toasted sesame seeds, pinch of salt
Zaatar is a staple of the Palestinian table.
Wild thyme, hand-harvested and sun-dried, is ground and rubbed with olive oil to release its aroma and bold flavor.
This is Zaatar Fallahi: made by stewards of the land, for generations, honoring the Palestinian tradition of cultivating and caring for the earth. Each pinch is earthy, aromatic, and vibrant… a taste of the land itself.
Suggested Uses: Spread on fresh bread with olive oil, sprinkle on eggs or sandwiches, mix into stews, or even pair with chocolate for a savory, earthy twist.
Storage: Keep in a sealed jar in a cool, dry place. Use within 12 months if sealed properly.
