Cold-pressed within hours of hand-harvesting, this EVOO is bold, peppery, grassy, and decadently smooth. Perfect for cooking and for finishing, it elevates everything from sautéed vegetables and roasted meats to fried eggs, fresh salads, labneh, or even a drizzle over vanilla ice cream. Unfiltered and natural, some sediment at the bottom is a sign of authenticity and flavor.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place away from heat, air, and sunlight. Best consumed within 12-14 months once opened.
